Outline

Disaster Reduction Studies Course aims to develop engineers with knowledge of seismic disasters, ground disasters, climatic disasters, etc. as well as the skills necessary for disaster prevention. In addition, students will focus on identifying and finding solutions to problems with emphasis on the creation of a safe and comfortable social environment and local community.

The Disaster Reduction Studies Course provides lectures and seminars on "disaster-prevention design", "seismic engineering", "applied geology" and others, in addition to promoting a basic knowledge of civil engineering.
