Research fields

I study the infrastructure from hardware to software, in other words, from infrastructure facilities to human networks with the aim of creating a society in which everyone can live happily with collaboration and proactive focusing on disaster resilient region, environment-friendly society and regional revitalization.

Especially, I explore policy design based on economic evaluations of externalities such as safety, comfort and convenience, and internalization of social needs with low financial value into the economic system. In other words, we research how to put in public policy and social business, and the system of regional collaboration.
