Renewal of Faculty-Level Academic Exchange Agreement with Dagon University (July 15, 2022)

On Friday, July 15, 2022, the Faculty of Engineering, Gifu University and the Faculty of Science, Dagon University (Republic of the Union of Myanmar) held an online signing ceremony to renew their faculty-level academic exchange agreement.
During the ceremony, both parties reaffirmed their shared goal of promoting mutual cooperation and academic exchange. They agreed to strengthen their partnership based upon the principles of equality and reciprocity. At the ceremony, Dr. Thar Tun Maung, President of Dagon University, expressed his appreciation for the longstanding relationship and his hopes for its further development. Professor Shinji Kambara, Vice President of Gifu University, responded, "I hope our active collaboration will continue for a long time."
Moving forward, both faculties plan to collaborate more actively through initiatives such as the Advanced Global Program and to further enhance international exchange between the two institutions.
