Research fields

My field of study is casting, injection molding and cutting. The current themes are as follows:

  • Development of the real-time measurement system of flowing the molten metal temperature
  • Clarification of the of the pattern decomposition behavior in the lost foam casting
  • Clarification of the heat damage mechanism of the die-casting die
  • Application of the aluminum alloy to an injection molding mold for mass productions
  • FEM analysis of the cutting phenomenon

These themes wrestle from the experiment and the computer simulation.

My motivation is to contribute for society through the advancement of various technologies relating to the die and mold.
